在保全先驅毛約翰總經理之遠期理想抱負之下，推舉吳家成董事長招集各界精英企業主集資準備金，在時下社會治安事業迫切需求上，於民國86年4月份創立華岡保全，以期為社會治安貢獻綿薄心力，並創造以科技導入治安領域之佼楚為志。資本額4480萬，至今設有六處經營單位，服務客戶8600戶。並附設華峰科技、裕銘國際、華宇科技之數位科技與軟體設計網路行銷等業務之子企業。
